When making reservations the person that was supposed to inform you well did not even understand the English language, it took her 5 time’s repeating our zip code.

We would return if we were in this area again.… The staff weren’t “super friendly” but they were efficient and present. Good variety and everything was tasty and presented nicely. Honestly we stayed at an Embassy and a Homewood Suites this week too during our vacation travels and this hotel had the best breakfast we had. The breakfast was surprisingly good and they had a decent variety. It was at an angle ( again probably meant to be “trendy” but the covering fell off in the morning when I took a shower anytime I pumped the soap. I also didn’t like the plastic cover over the soap/shampoo hanging weirdly on the wall. A traditional close door is better and this door was noisy too so when anyone used the restroom it was loud when it slid. It’s probably meant to be more “ trendy” but was a Hilton fail. The room itself was fine but my gripe was the bathroom door. Room was very clean, modern and we loved the TV on with the welcome feature. We arrived late but were able to access the room quickly with the digital key.

We stopped here on the way to visit family in Milwaukee.
